Programs
The very best wrestlers realize that there is no “off-season” only different training phases, and our year round training programs are
geared toward those working to get ready for the upcoming season. Below you will find our training options for 2011/2012. We hope you
will join us as we continue to develop skills, conditioning, strategies and tactics to help you succeed in the winter season as well as
prepare for spring and summer events!
** All wrestlers must have a current USA wrestling card **
Pre-season and in-season workouts will concentrate on getting ready for the Folkstyle season. Post-season will concentrate
on Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman.
